Sales Professional (Swiss German)

SoftwareCorner is seeking a Sales Professional to drive and manage our sales efforts in the Swiss-German part of Switzerland. The primary objective for this role will be to obtain new business and support aggressive growth. You will be responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients. You must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with the SoftwareCorner Delivery Team to deliver accurate proposals for software and service.

Key Responsibilities
-Personally sell CHF 750K to CHF1.0M your first year by selling software, hardware and development services, especially in the area of technical computing
-Bring to the table your extensive list of well-known, high-level contacts, of Top 500 Swiss companies so that you can make an immediate impact on our revenue and your wallet
-Generate leads from relationships, through personally conducted outbound campaigns and through partner channels
-Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, lead development through closure
-Work with the VP of Business Development to construct and follow a sales strategy to penetrate markets and provide management with realistic and attainable sales forecasts
-Work with the team to identify and scope new opportunities and develop proposals that reflect customer requirements and objectives
-Support client and project managers in up/cross selling project services to existing client base
-Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and suppliers

Qualifications
- 3-5 years selling software, hardware or development services in the software solutions/services industry and a proven track record exceeding personal sales quotas
-Ability to quickly establish and maintain key relationships within prospect companies
-Experience presenting products/projects to C-level executives in top 500 Swiss companies
-Experience selling deals from CHR 50k to CHF 250k
-Experience managing on-going client relationships and successfully up-selling when appropriate
-Experience collecting requirements and developing sales proposals and contracts
-Exceptional written & verbal communication in both French and German (Swiss German a must), business acumen, and presentation skills
-A Bachelor’s Degree in CS, business, sales or marketing
-Sales tenacity, vibrant energy, & a sense of humor

 Mediamatician (Swiss German)

We're looking for a mediamatician with extensive knowledge in web technologies for the following tasks:

1. Planning and Integration of a CRM-Website-Accounting link

2. CRM duties:  (D/F/E)

- create quotes, invoices
- add products in CRM, change pricings

- import leads
- upload documents in cloud

- define customer groups for mailings

3. WEB SITE

- texting and translations for products

- add products and maintain accuracy of informations online

- manage external developers

4. PRODUITS

- get familiar with our products to be able to offer 1st level support

5. MARKETING

- work on brochure design (photoshop/indesign)

- add products in marketing brochure

- control prices in brochure
- print out mailings

6. LOGISTICS

- invoicing and shipment of merchandise

7. ACCOUNTING

- add supplier's invoices in accounting software

9. ADMIN

- deal with customer inbound calls

- manage daily administration tasks

- create a « new customer kit »
- install a «webstamp» system

Qualifications

- one finished experience in a mediamatician apprenticeship
- experience in web development, administration
- good verbal communication in both German and French (Swiss German and English a plus)
- excellent photoshop/indesign skills
- wants to work in marketing
- winner mindset, vibrant energy, & a sense of humor
