HOW TO BUY

Depending on the software editor or hardware manufacturer, some of them offer specific pricing that reflects your recognized status. Please note that every editor and manufacturer has a different system and each order must be approved by them before a delivery at these conditions.

1. Commercial / Private
This is the regular pricing all companies, organizations and private persons are subject to.

2. Government
Please note: Not all software/hardware suppliers offer Government pricing.
In order to get government pricing, when available, your organization must be internationally recognized as government entity. Partnerships with Government entities does not entitle you to get this pricing.
For each order, we have to double-check with the software/hardware manufacturer if you qualify to their standards of Government pricing, if they offer this kind of pricing.

3. Academic
Please note: Not all software/hardware suppliers offer Academic pricing. Some manufacturers offer academic pricing for classrooms, but commercial pricing for research within academia.

Who can order academic products?

Depending on the product, the following entities might order academic products, with proof of academic status:
- Universities, Colleges, High Schools (order must be on official letter paper)
- Faculty/Staff (order must be on official letter paper, or a copy of a dated faculty ID)
For each order, we have to double-check with the software/hardware manufacturer if you qualify to their standards of Academic pricing, if they offer this kind of pricing

4. Students
Depending on the product, there might be a student version available. In this case, students of matriculating college, university and High School students may qualify.
For Student orders, we need a copy of one of these items:
- a dated student ID card
- a confirmation on school letterhead that you're a student


For each order, we have to double-check with the software/hardware manufacturer if you qualify to their standards of Student pricing, if they offer this kind of pricing.
